The hey circle closed loop is simple and efficient: all packaging sent by an online retailer or company is returned directly to them - without any detours via hey circle. Exception: You decide that hey circle should take over the cleaning of the shipping packaging.

All parcel service providers such as DHL and Deutsche Post, DPD, GLS, Go! and Austrian Post transport hey circle boxes and bags for corporate customers. Provide your customers with a return label for this purpose.

The shipping bags S, M and L as well as the shipping box S can be folded small for returns and fit in the Deutsche Post letterbox.

03 Theft protection for zippered boxes and bags
Seals and stamps stop tampering. They work for both the multi-use envelope and the multi-use box. They stop people from opening and re-closing the packaging without being noticed.
